Triumph Foundation is proud to help Cal Rehab's patients recover the strength, skills, and functional ability to return home and rebuild their lives. This is their way of saying thanks.<\/p>\n

As you know, it takes all types of doctors, nurses, therapists, equipment and services working together to create results for a patient.<\/p>\n

No single person, product, or program takes all the credit. Like pieces of a puzzle, each one is important to completing the full picture for a patient\u2019s recovery.<\/p>\n

One vital piece of the Cal Rehab puzzle is their partnership with Triumph Foundation. We hold a support group for the newly spinal cord injured inpatients and make sure that they get the support and care that only peers can provide.<\/p>\n

And each patient is given a Care Backpack full of referrals to help them on their journey to recovery.<\/p>\n

Triumph provides services to patients that begin in the hospital, and extend beyond their rehab stay and result in a continuum of care that is unmatched.<\/p>\n\n\t\t<\/div>\n\t<\/div>\n<\/div><\/div><\/div><\/div>

Meet Clyde; we met him while he was an inpatient at Cal Rehab after he was injured in a fall at home.<\/p>\n

Like every new injury we meet, he was given hope, resources, and a connection to a community that cares to help him rebuild his life.<\/p>\n
