I know I am.<\/p>\n<p>Our sports activities give us a chance to push the limits of our abilities, improving our fitness, health and wellness. Ropes Course<\/h2>\n\n\t\t<\/div>\n\t<\/div>\n<\/div><\/div><\/div><\/div><div class=\"vc_row wpb_row vc_row-fluid\"><div class=\"wpb_column vc_column_container vc_col-sm-12\"><div class=\"vc_column-inner\"><div class=\"wpb_wrapper\">\n\t<div class=\"wpb_text_column wpb_content_element Terina Sprague\" id=\"video1\">\n\t\t<div class=\"wpb_wrapper\">\n\t\t\t<p><strong>You can fly!<\/strong> One of our newest ValleyGo! events is the Ropes Course, an adaptive recreation clinic we hosted at Cal State Northridge.<\/p>\n<p>Wheelchair users are able to reach new heights with this high-octane obstacle course that towers 35 feet off the ground! Then they start playing and succeeding and soon they feel like they're rock stars. By the end of the game, their arms are ready to fall off from the upper body workout.<\/p>\n<p>It's fun, educational, and inclusive.
