Triumph\u2019s Keep Moving Forward (KMF) Grant is for people with spinal cord injury that have limited financial capability to help them triumph over obstacles they face and enhance their quality of life.<\/p>\n

Triumph\u2019s KMF Grants help individuals get necessary Adaptive Equipment for activities of daily living, make Home Modifications for wheelchair accessibility, enable the Return to Work reintegrating back into the community, and engage in Therapeutic Activities for health and wellness.<\/p>\n\n\t\t<\/div>\n\t<\/div>\n<\/div><\/div><\/div><\/div>

Meet Lakan. His life changed dramatically on July 2, 2022 after a bodyboarding accident resulted in a severe spinal cord injury. Rescued by fellow surfers and aided by lifeguards, he underwent recovery at Sharp Memorial Hospital's ICU and rehabilitation unit. Lakan faced many challenges, including necessary equipment not being covered by insurance. Triumph Foundation assisted by providing a Shower Buddy<\/a> new tilt commode & shower chair. His story highlights resilience amid adversity, and thanks to your generosity, he can continue to be the active with equipment vital for his dignity and independence.<\/p>\n\n\t\t<\/div>\n\t<\/div>\n<\/div><\/div><\/div><\/div>
