\"\"Prisca\u2019s Path to Independence: Restoring Dignity Through Mobility<\/strong><\/h2>\n

We first met Prisca at California Rehabilitation Institute, where she was adjusting to life with a spinal cord injury. She received one of our signature Care Packs\u2014filled with helpful resources and a few small comforts. What stood out most, though, was her resilience.<\/p>\n

Previously a caregiver herself, Prisca suddenly found herself in need of support. Getting to medical appointments and managing basic daily needs had become overwhelming. Without the right equipment, even the smallest tasks became major obstacles.<\/p>\n

Your generosity made it possible for Prisca to receive both a manual wheelchair and a rolling commode chair through the Keep Moving Forward Grant\u2014two essential tools that have restored comfort, dignity, and hope. Now, she has the mobility to attend her appointments safely and manage daily care with greater ease and dignity.<\/p>\n

Even more inspiring: Prisca is now an active participant in our Support Group community, where she connects with others and continues her journey forward with strength and purpose.<\/p>\n
