I have a rechargeable battery operated stair climbing wheelchair for donation. It's like new, cost almost $2000. It can be used on a regular basis, or as a stand by for emergency evacuation purposes.

It was only used a few times; we bought it in early 2020 for my uncle so he could come home to his upstairs living quarters from the skilled nursing facility and go to doctor's appointments, until he regained his strength and ability to navigate stairs. It has been stored inside his house since then. Only in a garage for a few months.
It is currently in West LA (Palms) near Culver City.
