What?

Triumph Foundation's 3rd Annual 5K. This run, walk, or roll is for people of ALL ages and abilities.
Be a superhero and help change the world for people who deal with paralysis. 100% of proceeds benefit Triumph Foundation.

When?

Saturday September 21, 2019

Where?

Lake Balboa Park

6331 Woodley Ave, Van Nuys, CA 91406
Starting line is right next to Woodley Lakes Golf Course. 

Time?

Registration & packet pick-up begins at 7:00AM. The race begins at 8:00AM SHARP.

Event schedule?

7:00AM – 8:00AM: Packet Pick Up and Registration

8:00AM: 5K Starts

9:15AM – 9:30AM: Awards

9:30AM – 11:00AM: Enjoy the event! Visit the SUPER vendors.

11:00AM: Race Closes

What's Included?

Each participant receives a finisher's medal, race bib, race snacks, and a SUPER cape! This is a chip timed race with real time results.

Parking?

Parking across from the start line.

Dress?

Superhero attire is encouraged and there will be a cape decorating station to customize your amazing ability! We want to see what you can create.

Help Triumph Foundation provide critical support services to Veterans, kids, and adults living with paralysis - not just initially when the injury/disorder occurs, but as a lifelong support network.
