What?

Triumph Foundation's annual Superheroes Triumph! 5K. This run, walk, or roll is for people of ALL ages and abilities.
Be a superhero and help change the world for people who deal with paralysis. 100% of proceeds benefit Triumph Foundation.

When?

Where?

William R. Mason Regional Park

Time?

Registration & packet pick-up begins at 7:00AM. The race begins at 8:00AM SHARP.

Event schedule?

7:00AM – 8:30AM: Packet Pick Up and Registration

9:00AM: 5K Starts

10:30AM – 11:00AM: Awards

9:00AM – 12:00PM: Enjoy the event! Visit the SUPER vendors.

1:00PM: Race Closes

Race Price?

$50 Pre-Sale

$60 at the Event

100% of proceeds benefiting Triumph Foundation.

What's Included?

Each participant receives a finisher's medal, race bib, race snacks, and a SUPER cape! This is a chip timed race with real time results.

Parking?

Parking across from the start line.

Dress?

Superhero attire is encouraged, and capes will be given out to showcase your amazing ability!

How?

Register online. Or just show up and sign up at the race to register on-site!

Why?

Help Triumph Foundation provide critical support services to veterans, kids, and adults living with paralysis - not just initially when the injury/disorder occurs, but as a lifelong support network.

Consider making a donation to sponsor someone with a disability to attend that otherwise cannot afford to race.
