This is a heavy-duty "fast" charger typically used for mid-to-large size power wheelchairs and mobility scooters. It features the standard 3-pin XLR male connector and is designed for standard Sealed Lead Acid (SLA) or Gel cell mobility batteries.

Condition:
A few signs of wear but seems to be in good working condition. Cords and pins are fully intact. The power lights turn on perfectly when plugged into the wall, but I don't have a 24V power chair on hand to test a full charge cycle.
