A New Chapter Begins: Rachelle’s Journey of Strength and Hope

A New Chapter After a Long Fight
Rachelle has faced more than her share of challenges over the last several years. After being diagnosed with a spinal tumor in 2022, she underwent treatment and fought hard to move forward. When the tumor returned in 2023, she faced the battle again. Then, in 2025, it came back once more.
This time, the tumor left Rachelle with paralysis at the T6 level.
Despite everything she has endured, Rachelle continues to face each day with remarkable positivity and determination. She lives with her husband, who is also navigating his own recovery after a stroke several years ago. Together, they are adjusting to a new reality while supporting one another through life's challenges.
When Triumph Foundation met Rachelle, she was eager to learn about the resources, programs, and community available to people living with paralysis. Like many newly injured individuals, she was searching for information, guidance, and reassurance that she did not have to navigate this journey alone.
Through a hospital visit, a Care Pack filled with resources, and ongoing support, you helped connect Rachelle and her family to a community that understands what they're going through. Sometimes the most important gift isn't equipment - it's knowing there are people ready to help, answer questions, and roll alongside you.
Because of you, Rachelle's next chapter begins with connection and hope.
