Roll & Rally Sports Blast Ignites a New Momentum in Adaptive Athletics!

Andrew Skinner April 9, 2025 News, Noteworthy, Upcoming Events

"When I discovered adaptive sports it changed my life."

The energy was electric at The Claremont Club as 114 athletes and supporters gathered for the inaugural Roll & Rally Sports Blast.

Hosted by Triumph Foundation, The Perfect Step, and Casa Colina Outdoor Adventures, the event delivered high-octane competition, skill-building, and pure camaraderie through wheelchair rugby, Over-the-Line baseball, and wheelchair tennis.

Like our lengendary Wheelchair Sports Festival (coming soon on April 26 & 27) the courts were alive with momentum, determination, and the fun-loving passion our Triumph Family is known for.

The morning focused on fundamentals, as participants sharpened their skills and learned new techniques.

By the afternoon, the action kicked into high gearwith thrilling tennis matchups that had everyone, competitors, spectators, and volunteers alike, on the edge of their seats.

But this event was about more than just competition. It was a celebration of inclusion, empowerment, and breaking barriers. The Roll & Rally Sports Blast provided another powerful opportunity for individuals with disabilities to connect, compete, and showcase their talents alongside a supportive and enthusiastic community. There were no divisions here—only unity, determination, and the shared pursuit of excellence.

With the 2028 Paralympics on the horizon, events like this and our upcoming Wheelchair Sports Festival are setting the stage for the next generation of adaptive athletes. This wasn’t just a one-time gathering—it was the start of something bigger, a motivator that will continue to grow and provide opportunities for athletes to thrive.

A massive thank you to everyone who played a role in making this event a reality. The first-ever Roll & Rally Sports Blast was a smashing success, and we can’t wait to do it all again!
