Generally, Halloween costumes are an expression of one’s personality, a time to embody a distinctive character. Having a disability or being in a wheelchair shouldn’t inhibit your creativity for this once a year experience. Every child should feel special on Halloween and enjoy the magic of trick-or-treating with their peers. Thankfully with the caring souls and imaginative minds of a few individuals, wheelchair costumes are evolving.
