ADAPT Functional Movement Center in San Diego is hosting virtual mindfulness and workout sessions. They're a great way to improve your mental & physical health.

Triumph just became a chapter of Move United!

Disabled Sports USA and Adaptive Sports USA merged to become this premiere adaptive sport coalition.

Check out their hundreds of free live and on demand adaptive exercise and fitness classes for people of all abilities to participate in!

provides wheelchair fitness instruction, delivering continuous general fitness for wheelchair users via online platforms promoting healthy happiness!

Our friends at Abilities Recovery Center are hosting a special get together at their facility to showcase their state-of-the-art MAS device and have the Indigo Exoskeleton.

"Ride The Wave" Documentary

Tuesday, December 29th at 5pm

Login for a good evening featuring a free showing of Scott Chesney's "Ride The Wave" documentary.

Start seeing life in a new perspective and join him on his journey of self-discovery that has taken him all over the world. This is a story of hope, challenges, resilience, courage, family, friends, love and gratitude.

Following the showing of the 53-minute documentary, Scott will join us live for a brief motivational talk followed by a Q&A session.

Our Life Series groups are meeting every week virtually and having open discussions about living with spinal cord injury.
