Happy 2022!  As we begin the new year, there are lots of fun events to look forward to - this is the year to Keep Moving Forward! 

Below are some amazing community events coming up in the first quarter. Make sure you check our Events Calendar for updates. There's always more being added!

Snow Skiing

January 25th, February 24th, March 10th

Who wants to go snow skiing with Triumph in Big Bear with United States Adaptive Recreation Center?

They've implemented heath measures & safety protocols to take us on the slopes!

Rugby Clincs

January 29th in Palmdale, CA

Join us to play wheelchair rugby!

Triumph will bring all the sport wheelchairs and equipment, teach you how to play.  Just sign up and show up for some fun!

Festival of Human Abilities at the Aquarium

January 29th - 30th

Join the Aquarium of the Pacific for its 19th annual Festival of Human Abilities, a celebration highlighting the creative talents and abilities of people with disabilities.

Experience live performances and demonstrations by disabled dancers, musicians, and artists.

PLUS enjoy the amazing aquarium!

Adaptive Shooting

February 6th & May 15th

Apple Valley Gun Club and Triumph partnered to hold special adaptive shooting clinics for people with disabilities.

Participants will learn about gun safety, self-defense, marksmanship, and the sport of target shooting.

Registration will open closer to the event dates.

Sitting Volleyball

February 12th & February 27th

Are you interested in learning to play sitting volleyball?

Sitting volleyball is played from a sitting position on the floor. The sport is governed by the same set of rules as the able-bodied game, with a few minor rule modifications.

Handcycling Clinics

February 26th

Join us to go handcycling!

We will have our "stable" of 20 hand cranked cycles and adapted bikes for people to try riding.

Bring your own if you have one, and family and friends are welcome to ride along with us.

Abilities Expo

March 4th - 6th

Come out to this FREE in-person Abilities Expo at the Los Angeles Convention Center to see us and the latest & greatest in adapted products and services.

The show is the go-to source for the community of people with disabilities, their families, and healthcare professionals. Discover ability-enhancing products and services.

Triumph will be at Booth 551, come by to say hello!

SoCal Adaptive Sports
Palm Desert

March 12th

SoCal Adaptive Sports hosts their Adapted Sports Fair at College of the Desert from 10am-2pm. They will offer various adapted sports; nand the event will include vendors, food, and more!

Along with Desert Recreation District, SoCal Adaptive Sports hosts adaptive sports clinics throughout the year; including boccia, volleyball, basketball, tennis archery, and much more.

Wheelchair Softball

April 9th

Come play Wheelchair Softball at the Miracle League Field in Anaheim.

This is the first event of its kind in Southern California. We will teach you how to play the game on this special rubberized field.

Our hope is to create teams and start regular games and tournament.

Wheelchair Sports Festival

April 30th - May 1st

Wheelchair Sports Festival is back!

Join us for Triumph's largest event of the year featuring more than a dozen sports and activities.

The event is FREE, all-inclusive, and a whole lot of FUN.

Nature Track Event

Monthly

Every month NatureTrack brings its six Freedom Trax for wheelchair users to use to climb hills, go on sand, and hike!

Freedom Trax is a device that quickly and easily converts a manual wheelchair into a battery-powered, all-terrain vehicle allowing wheelchair users to traverse beach sand and trails independently.

Freedom Trax events are FREE

NatureTrack will also have two manual wheelchairs available for transfer should your wheelchair not fit on the Freedom Trax.

Casa Colina Outdoor Adventures

Our friends at Casa Colina Rehabilitation Center are always doing exciting and fun events through their Outdoor Adventures program.

Join them for sailing, sky diving, kayaking, rafting, fishing, and more!

NorCal SCI

Our friends at NorCal SCI host many events and informative webinars that are FREE to join.

Highlights include:
