Athletes were out in full force improving their game and skills.
One of best parts of the WSF is watching first timers & old timers become friends playing hockey, basketball and rugby.
SoCal WCMX shredded in the skatepark and Diveheart hosted underwater SCUBA adventures.
Spectrum News' anchor @kristenmlago profiled Norma Villar's scuba experience. Watch her face of joy and exhilaration when she emerges from underwater with her Diveheart buddies.
In the activities center, Rollettes taught dance class, Accessible Yoga instructed movements, and FightAbility & ChairBoundless did self-defense training.
Everyone loved cruising in the handcycles and CycleQMX rides. And when they were done, they went over to the try their swing at golf with Bill Davis and Angel City Sports..
The outside courts had some fun activities including pickleball, tennis, and lacrosse.
Spectrum News also did a story on the Powerchair Rodeo profiling its creator Bobby Rohan as he sends racers through the obstacle course.
Dodger star Dennis Powell pitched at Over-the-Line Baseball, and Hollywood Curling took us on the 'ice' to throw stones.
Artists For Trauma brought the creative spirit to the event, featuring painting, sculpting, crafts, and more!
Thank you to everyone who came out to play and all the volunteers that made the event possible!
